MIX MY CLAY?
Mixing or Activate Clay
Clay needs to be mixed or activated.
I use a quart size mason jar with a lid about 3/4 full of water. I start with 2 heaping tablespoon of Bentonite clay powder (Remember it's just mud , so it's not an exact science) I put the lid on and shake well for 15 to 20 seconds. Then allow to sit for 2 hours. FOR THE CLAY TO ACTIVATE. Then I shake it up again.
I keep the mud stored in that mason jar with the lid on, in the cabinet without refrigeration.. If it starts to dry out over time. Just add water and remix. But I usually use it before that happens.
For most uses ONLY ONE SPOONFUL OF THIS ACTIVATED CLAY IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED.
We would love to elaborate more but we have been forced by the FDA to REMOVE them.
CENSORED BY THE FDA
We were forced by the FDA to remove content. Making, or even sharing claims of any medical or physical benefit at all, would now classify this product as a unapproved drug, and makes the product fall under the same guidelines as a drug. According to the FDA, only a drug can legally make these claims: "Only a drug can cure, prevent, or treat a disease."
A "drug" is defined as :
--Any substance used in the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of a disease or as a component of a medication.
